Due to the exclusive nature of our £10 Sale events, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window for store credit or exchange to ensure you find your perfect fit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry or apparel in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including the printed return slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the sale amount within 5-7 business days.
